The Autumn Store is Birmingham's night of indiepop, and this is it's blog. Topics include music and gig reviews, tips on promoting, maybe guitar chords for songs I love, and music chit chat in general.

i'll be putting it on to be danced to! i have to say i was a little disappointed by it too and similarly it was cos of what i'd seen and read on the internet but couldn't hear cos i have no soundcard. i think it's definately growing on me though and i'll probably love it by the time i come to playing it at clubnight.

i think this single is ace. well, i've been watching the video on myspace over n over, my vinyl hasn't actually arrived yet.

The druims definitely are more prominent than you're like to find in modern pop. BUT i reckon coupled with the crazy since bit it's undeniably infectious.

I'd definitely go and see them (if they were going to play anywhere other than bloody london) but i there's a chanc ei'd leave full of resentment that these people are still teens. damn them and their youthful exhuberence!
