Just a few more days to go before this Saturday, and this Saturday is Mechakitten! The joint event between ourselves and Robot vs Dinosaur, at The Island Bar.

It’s a pretty exciting line up! Seeland are headlining the evening with their dreamy and inventive pop tunes, and Arthur and Martha are visiting from London to play their take on indiepop through a Kraftwerk filter. They’re bringing a theremin up with them which always excites me a little.

Arc Vel is playing a set to provide the night with some top quality local electonica, and Mexican Kids at Home open the whole thing. They played the opening slot at the Indietracks festival earlier this summer too, and got it off to a great start. I’m certain they’ll do the same at Mechakitten
