Robot vs Dinosaur - 21st November
Quick reminder (to myself as much as the rest of the internet) that this Friday is the monthly Robot Vs Dinosaur night at Island Bar.
The poster has made me terrified of watching A New Hope again. I dare you to watch the scene where R2D2 and C-3P0 first land on Tatooine and squabble over directions without immediately imagining this canibal C-3P0 image.

Although I’ve just spotted that C-3PO is wearing a restraining bolt so that’s a big Star Wars time line no no.

i shall probably be going. i’ve been doing my usual november hibernation thing so would be good to get out again. i’m hoping to get ian to come.
